Both contestants must be
members of the MTT. One-day event entries must be accompanied by a $220
entry fee,
this includes a $10 Big Fish pot, $20 to the Championship purse and $10
Operational fee. Two-day event entries must be accompanied by a $260
entry fee,
this also includes a $10 Big Fish pot, $20 to the Championship purse and $10
Operational fee. To avoid a late fee of $20, entries must be received 7 days
prior to an event. Contestants under the age of 18 must compete as a team with
a parent or guardian.

A.
Liability
Release: We, the undersigned, hereby
release the Minnesota Tournament Trail, officers, employees, agents, and
sponsors from any and all liabilities, cost, claims, damages, and demands
related to personal injury, death, or property damage incurred while preparing
for and competing in an MTT event. We further acknowledge that before competing
in an MTT event, we may be required to sign a detailed release form and that
our competing in said event is dependent on the signing of said release.
B.
Insurance: We agree to maintain $100,000 of liability insurance
on any boat we operate during an MTT event.
C.
Polygraph/Voice
Stress Test: We agree to submit to a
polygraph/voice stress test at any time during the course of time covered by
the tournament events and for a period of time not to exceed twenty-one days
after the last event we compete in. We acknowledge that failure to take or pass
test by either contestant will result in disqualification with no recourse. All
prize money and awards will be withheld pending results of the test.
D.
Random Observers: We agree to accept an observer in our boat during
tournament hours on any and all tournament days.
E.
Photo Release: We agree that any photographs or other promotional
material taken during an MTT event is the property of the MTT, and may be used
by the MTT, its sponsors, or the media without royalties or prior consent.
F.
Agreement: We agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations set forth by the MTT and
the State or Province where each tournament is held. We agree that the
Tournament Director’s decision will be final in all matters. We signify by our
signatures below that we have read, understand, and agree to abide by all
rules, regulations, and stipulations set forth by the MTT.
